FAQs
How much space is required for a bounce house?
Standard bounce houses are 13x13 and 15x15 and require at least 2-3 feet around the unit for safety. Our Jump-N-Slide is 15x35 and requires the same 2-3 feet surrounding the unit.
Can the bounce house be set up in a parking lot?
Yes, we have set up the bounce houses in parking lots and on courts for block parties. We will use a tarp to protect the unit from possible rough surfaces.
Can they be used in the rain?
We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation if it rains or there are high winds. However, if weather conditions change after we drop off the unit, we do not recommend that you use the unit if it is wet. The units become very slippery when wet and can cause injury to children and adults.
Who sets up the bounce house?
We pride ourselves in having a team of reliable and professional representatives that have been properly trained to set up the bounce houses. Each representative will review the safety instructions with you so that you and your guests can enjoy the unit in a safe manner.
What is your bad weather policy?
We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to bad weather, at no cost to you.
Can the bounce house be set up on grass only?
No. We can set the bounce house up on grass and concrete.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes. We carry a $1 Million General Liability policy for each of our bounce houses. Often, if you rent a picnic area at a public park, the Park & Recreation Department will require a copy of our insurance if you are going to have a bounce house at your party. We would be happy to fax that to the office on your behalf.
How long can I rent a bounce house for?
You can rent the bounce houses for 4 hours, 6 hours, and all day rentals (8 hours). However, we are very flexible and dedicated to making your event successful so please contact us to work out any special requirements.
Are the units new and clean?
Yes. All of our units are cleaned and disinfected with environmentally safe cleaners as well as vacuumed after each rental.
Does there need to be an adult supervising the kids in the bounce house?
Yes. An adult supervisor must be present when anyone is in the unit to ensure everyone's safety.
What do you need to set up the unit?
All we need is a relatively flat, open area that does not have any overhead obstructions and a power outlet withing 50 feet of where the unit. If no electricity is available, generators are available upon request for an additional rental fee.
Can a bounce house be set up indoors?
Yes, we do set-up our units indoors, as long as the space will accommodate the unit. We have set up our units in gyms and convention halls.
